I order some items from them for the first time.. how would you review them as seller??
Want to know, so I can either continue to buy from them again or buy from another vendor.

They're awesome. Usually where I get replacement parts from, just got to order smart as sometimes the shipping costs suck, but about half the time they're cheaper than say, Amazon with free shipping.

Thanks.. this is good to know, didn't know if they ship another item from different warehouse they charge another shipping tho.
I usually order from a shop, where they would get OE, but item i want is dealer only and I'm not gona pay stealer price for sure.

if they have to ship from different warehouses they charge it to you, other than that i have never had a problem with anything i have ordered from them. plus if you search they always have a 5% off coupon so its like getting the shipping for free.

Rockauto is pretty awesome. They have just about anything I need for my truck, and a lot of cheaper alternatives for my car.
The only problem I've had with them is I ordered legend calipers and they sent me a single piston one instead of dual piston, the part number on the box was right, but the part itself was wrong.

I am in Arizona, which is local to one of their main warehouses, thus shipping is not too bad. Sometimes it's high when the parts come from another warehouse. They have great customer service and their return policies are specific but fair. You as the buyer can make informed decisions and sometimes find parts with better warranties than others.
I recommend them as a vendor that any car enthusiast should use as a source for information, crossreferencing and asking questions.

Hey Closetprisoner, they are definitely a good place to compare parts.....along with good prices. They have an easy to use site which gives many options depending upon the quality and price you are looking for.
The only catch is the various warehouses and related shipping costs if more than one item is ordered. But, as mentioned....check for discount coupons which will help offset added expense !
I've personally ordered name brand parts from them several times at competitive prices and have yet to be disappointed by their service. Their prices are hard to beat ! I give them an AAA+ !!!!

I've always been happy with them. They have several warehouses so shipping can get interesting if different items are coming from different locations.
Selection is much better then local parts stores. Although if it's a single cheap part might be better to pick it up locally although having the parts shipped to your door is nice.

I order from them every time I need a part, their cheap and their shipping is pretty fast.
The first time I ordered from them was when I changed all my suspension components to moog. They were the cheapest I found online. I was goin to order them from my local Advance Auto but their prices were literally double what rockauto had them for

Keep all the boxes and instructions of all the parts until ur install is fully complete. Rockauto has a pretty good return policy, within 30 days iirc but you need the orginal box. granted you have to pay shipping, but its better then loosing out completley on a part. I had a couple bushings I was too lazy to replace so I sent them back
We dont have any of those around here. Sure wish we did though

Moog Lower Balljoints
$21-RA $41-AA
called AA got them to verify same part number, they did the price match, I went ahead and paid with my card over the phone, 30mins later I was picking them up at the store since they were already in stock

AA price matches....guess I never knew that, really good to know.
Thanks man, save on shipping as I got an AA just a few miles from me.
I still really like ROCKauto, they have super prices and their site is user friendly !!!!!
