do you live in NY, because i have seen this car too. I asked him how he did it and he said they were upside down and some bumper needed to be cut.

There are some similar fogs that can be installed in 99-01 TL fog hole. (Odyssey, RL, Maxima, IS300, ACCORD, ect) But it need major modification to fit those in the fog hole because there is no space behind the fog hole.

yea i live in Jersey, i saw him in clifton right in front of Joeys night club if any1 is familiar with it. he told me he did it him self
