well does a rim for a bmw fit a tl? thanks

BMW rims are usually set up for rear wheel drive. This typically means the offset will be off. Our TL's have a high positive offset. Do a search on "offsets" and "Rims" and look for a post that Tann808 posted which detaoled what offsets are if you need that info.

Short answer: No, it probably wouldn't fit CORRECTLY.

no way. bmws have their own unique rims. you cant go to a normal rim shop and ask for rims that will with a bmw. the bolt pattern is totally different

Nah they don't fit. Some BMW's have BBS. YOu can always buy the BBS rims that fit your car. The lip won't be as deep as the ones on BMWs though.
