Resistance to Intake Manifold Actuator

Can someone please check the resistance to a known working Intake Manifold Actuator. The Helm manual says it should be 3-5 ohms but mine is measuring 12.5 ohms. I can only figure that this is why I don't hear the engine roar till about 4,700 to 5,000 rpm.

Thanks for the help!

O.k. Thanks, The higher-than-spec resistance of the actuator had me a little concerned. It's under warranty but my schedule is the exact same as the service dept.'s.
