Resetting ECU
I just installed DC Sports headers and a Comptech Icebox. Is there a fuse I can pull to reset the ECU, or is disconnecting the battery terminal for 30 minutes the only way? I don't have the navi and radio codes, and I've heard it's a pain to get the serial #s, and call Acura (or the dealer) to get the codes.
Also, does the ECU have to be reset, or can the ECU automatically learn about the improved intake and exhaust on its own after a certain period of time? How long will it take without resetting?

yes you can pull a fuse. I believe its the #13 passenger side clock/backup fuse. Getting the codes is something you really should do. You will need them at some point if the battery ever goes dead, and its really not that hard.
As for having to reset the ecu, no you dont have to, it will relearn by itself.resetting it will ust make it learn faster

Its not really a pain to get the serial number, just open up your glovebox and look toward the upper left part of it. There should be some numbers there, thats your serial number. Give that to Acura and they will give you your security code.

Just let the car relearn on its own; no real need to disconnect anything.
As far as the codes go, Id do what Pizaul says, and try and locate those codes ASAP. Your battery is going to die eventually, and it will suck having no tune or navi while you try and find the time to get them then.
