Replacing Cup Holder....
I just got a new cup holder and I'm wondering how to take the existing one out in order to replace it.... this is what Blk-Tls told me...
"I don't remember exactly where the DIY was for it that I used in the past but, I know that when I would take out my radio I could also take out the cupholder.
But I started from left to right. Taking off small panel on the driver side, then the bottom panel under the steering wheel where your legs go, then take off that long wood/marble trim that goes along the radio all the way down your cupholder. You push in and up and it comes right out. You do that to both sides. After that all you need is a phillips screwdriver to take out the screws that hold down the cupholder.
It's pretty easy once you do it once. Hope that wasn't too confusing."
anybody have any advice before i go rip apart my interior and not know what im doin? THANKS!

Are you talking the insert or the whole thing? the whole thing is part of the center console

if not theres two screws inside the console where the 12V plug is under the carpet, make sure you get those! like he said after you remove the trim then unscrew the screws (including those two) and you pull the armrest piece back, and then you should be able to take it out, its actaully fairly easy and again after you do it once its like nothing lol
