Repair Manuals: Helms vs. Haynes

Whats the difference between a Helms repair manual and a Haynes repair manual?
There is a hefty difference in price, but is all the info there in the Haynes book also?

Helms (Honda) is the way to go- much more detailed & thorough. Check ebay often. Got one for about $55 shipped.

I have the helms as well and still thought about printing it out as well. Mine got a lot of use and abuse on my 6 speed swap.
