Rear View Mirror Discoloration
During day time, with the Autodimming turned off, my rear view mirror has a brown tint to it.
At night, with auto dimming turned on or off, the lights behind me have a yellowish/brown tint to it?
Is it time to replace the mirror?

It sounds like your mirror is failing. Per the information in the link above, request a free replacement from Magna Donnelly. The mirrors are currently backordered so you'll want to request one ASAP to minimize your wait.
As noted above, the caustic fluid inside the mirror can leak and it can do significant damage to your interior. You might even consider removing the mirror altogether.

That's mentioned in the "Mirror Exploded" thread that 02TLSfan linked above.
