I know that there a bunch of threads about window problems but i have tried all and still have not fixed my issue.

Here's what I tried so far.

At first the rear passenger window would not work at all until I replaced the door harness, apparently someone replaced the door with one out of a 2000 TL and the harness did not match up with the 2003 wiring. I can now control the window from its own door switch.

Changed the master switch with several from junked cars.
changed the window control module in the drivers side door, again from junked cars.
Changed the switch from the affected door.
Tried resetting the window from the affected door by holding down the switch on the way up and down.
Reset the whole power window system by removing the fuse. I had to re program the auto mode so I know it was reset.

Really have no idea what else to try and was hoping this may have happened to someone else and they were able to fix it.
