Rear Bumper fix

Hey guys, after going down to AC during hurricane charlie, I come out to my car in the Taj parking lot and lo and behold, there's a dodgeball size dent in the passenger side rear bumper. I'll get pics up later tonight, but it looks like it could be popped out and repainted, no need for replacement. At least it was just the bumper, the kit wasn't touched, nor was the light scratched. Does anyone in the SJ area have any recommendations for a body shop that could do this well and for cheap? What kinda money am I looking at to pop a dent and repaint a bumper? thanx

well, like i said here are two pics, I think i can pop the dent out myself, looks ok. But the paint i still need to get done professionally. Keeps looking worse and worse each time i look at it, guess it's just psychological (wait how do i post a pic?)

I wish i knew, after a few hours of craps, i came out to see a bunch of paint missing and a large dent. So I now have a question about paint matching? Would it be better to get an unpainted bumper and have a local shop paint it matching the car, or get a bumper painted the original factory color? In other words, would 4 years of driving cause the paint to age enough to make a difference?

yes, but a good shop should be able to match it up perfectly.
