Radio Stations also sending call letters??
I had a chance to ride in my friends Expo all weekend. And one thing I noticed was how the call letters for a particular station came up on the radio display. Also, they had other info put up as well, wheather, traffice reports, etc.. I know you can change to your favorite news station, but that sometimes doesn't get you the info right away. And his radio is stock, and on a FORD!
I know ours doesn't have this feature, but I think it would be nice for information to be sent to our cars.. Are there aftermarket HU that can do this??

That sure is pretty phockin cool. I am always listening to a song and wondering who sings it... and I hate having to listen all the way to the end and then end up hearing some commercials!
Is there a module or something we could buy that can work with the selected station on our HU?

If I'm not mistaken, it's called RDS. Most GMs have RDS equipped headunits. Our Chevy Venture has it. Stations can send text messages like "Listen to Rick and Bubba from 6-10 weekdays." Or like one station in Orlando, it gave Title and Artist for the current song and the song that was coming up next. That was very cool!!
