radiator question

hi guys,

I posted it to the other forum but want to find out ASAP.

I have 2000 J32A1 engine acura TL which I bought as used one.

Yesterday I fond out the top of Radiator has little crack and coolant was leaking.
so I searched replacement radiator.

However, the manual shows I have ATF cooler connector bottom of radiator and it looks this.

But when I check my car it looks like this.

Why mine has newer radiator? And is it some thing wrong?

I think I didn't clear at my first post.

Anyway, mine is 2000 TL that has J32A1engine. However, my car has bottom radiator right now and that one has crack.

I have been told I need top one and it is different from 2000 and 2001.
I'm wonderring why mine has new radiator even though it has J32A1 engine.

Just curious.

Thank you guys.

Oh, one more thing,....

Yesterday, we had rain and after I drive while, I turned off my car and after 5 min, when I try to turn on, I couldn't start my car.
It was like battery was so weak (even I couldn't lock and unlock with remote)and couldn't crank at all. so I waited like another 5 min, and I tried again. This time it started with full power of battery was ok and everything was ok.
I thought it may ground cable but when I check the battery, cable was tight and everything was good.

Does anybody have an idea why this happened?

Radiator: if you can locate the crack, use some JB Weld to fill it. Worth a shot before totally replacing.

Cranking: clean your battery post clamps. Even though the clamps are tight, there could be corrosion preventing good contact. Not all battery corrosion is white, so give them a good scrubbing regardless of what you do or don't see. Use a wire brush (pipe brush would be best) to clean the inside of the clamps and the battery posts.

Thank you for you guys replying.

I already replaced.
To confirm, I bought a 2003 radiator and it fits perfect.
Only thing I have to modfy was right side(passenger side) fan bottom was different.
Mine was bolted on but 2003 has same as left side.
Other than that, it fit same as my old one.

But I'm still wondering why all web site shows different radiator for 2000 model?
