It depends on whether you are racing in the dry or in the wet. TCS off in the dry. TCS on in the wet, unless you're a pro.

I really think it depends. If its raining, turn it ON. If its not turn it off, but you have to be a bit more gentle on the pedal in case your tires start moving but your car doesn't go forward. Sometimes you could loose 1/2 second just sitting there not moving.. So if you know you got a hang of it, turn it off, but until you don't just race with it on. This way you will have a better chance of wining..

ps. I may be wrong, and i would love it if someone corrected my mistakes. I'm not a pro or nothing, this is just what i have found out. Have fun racing, and be safe.

Also, make sure you break in your car real well before you do race or anything. I feel really bad for flooring it when i got the car.

You definitely race with the TCS off in dry weather. It gives you a quicker launch but you have to know how to control it or else your wheels will be spinning without the car moving.

Ive read somewhere that its quicker if you race with the TCS off.
