hey that must be a heck of a fun ride man. i have driven between LA and LV so many times but i was driving a plain camry so you could imagine how boring it was.... i always made it 4 hrs..... so i can imagine how much fun you had.

 

Saleen offers everything from close to stock GT with mostly handling and appearance mods, to super go fast. You have to see the badge to see what type of saleen it really is. All are going to have more torque then you, and at the very least, no less HP than the TL-S. I think they are all stick (all cobras are), maybe not, but if so, even the slowest Saleen is faster than the TL-S, and would be an easy kill from a stop.

 

I raced a Saleen at the dragstrip and he ran a 13.7 and I don't even know if he was really trying since it was early in the day,

 

Would we stand a chance if we added supercharger, manual tranny upgrade, H/I/E, MMI & II?

Our cars our luxury cars that happen to be fast. If you want speed go buy a ****ty sports car. Maybe a 1990 Mustang 5.0 and MOD the **** out of it. Enjoy your car and stop thinking it's a Porsche 911 Turbo. Later

Hey George...When you have the time..call Keyes Acura and look for the manager you talk with. and ask him if he does dealer trades with Downey. Downey is the only one left with a WDP/Ebony in Cali. Pasadena said i can special order it..but it will take 2 months to order and ship out the car. ugh...otherwise, i'll have to pick another color...

Thanks George...Well...there is another one at Acura 101 West, But it is the General Manager's car...with comptech springs, demo, and very very high mileage.

Well...he checked all the dealers in So Cali. I checked the inventory on acura.com and downey appears to be the only one also. But who knows. Also ask Keye's how long it will take to special order one also.
