R.I.P Delilah 06'-10'
Well I never thought the day would come when i would have to type out such a thread but Delilah has passed away. My baby die on Monday 15, 2010 approximately 8:00 A.M. I was driving from Austin, Tx to San Antonio for school and right as I took the exchange to get on the other highway; my right front tire blew out. I was in the very left lane and i started drifting into the dirt/grass median of the highway and lost control spinning my car into the concrete barrier. The front of the car was totally buckled in and the right side as well as the back had significant damage from hitting the barrier at such speeds. This was my very first car and it was my first love and I already miss her. I wont lie no mater what car I get, it will never compare to my fully loaded TL. The car was just was made and besides the tranny i didn't have any other problems. I am hoping to get into another one if my parents allow me to but we shall see. Anyways, I hope i can say I'm another Acura owner someday soon as I will never loose a love for that car.. I will post up pics later when I get them off the Iphone.

Thanks guys appreciate it. I was not hurt luckily and I don't know how i came out of it without a scratch. The only thing was a sore left arm but that was due to the sudden force that was exerted when i got whipped around. I will have pics up here after class. The bad part is that I just spent 3k on a new tranny last march and now its gone. I miss her..

It's always a good idea to take a look every so often at each tire, maybe while you're checking the air pressure. A co worker noticed the bead of one of my tires was coming off the rim- just a short section, maybe 2" or so. Immediately took it to the tire shop that installed them (approx. 20K mi. ago). They admitted it was probably damaged by them during installation.
