Questions on tranny fluid & service. newbie 230k

Ok i just brought this 2003 tl-s with 230k, The car is in real good shape except for its high miles, I got the car pretty cheap i think. So thats why i jumped on it. Now everything works fine on it, but i would like to do some maintaince to keep it in great shape.
The guy i brought it from was the 2nd owner and didnt really drive it much, But he told me were the car was serviced at by the original owner. so i called the dealer and this is what was done.

The last time the car was there was 2009 for a fluid service
trans fluid change 193k
transmission changed 2007 at 88,222k
timing belt 139k
sparkplugs 139k

Now my question is do i have to do the 3X3 transmission fluid change? im at 230k right now.
And i know the timing belt it due again since they did it at 139k.

fluid service = oil change,,not a complete change of all critical fluids!
plan on brake fluid flush, ps flush, coolant if more than 5 years since 105 done

yes get the 105 done,,its due every 105!
plan on new rollers and idler pullies plus all belts
Thermostat and rad hoses a real good plan at these miles

dont 3x3 the trans,,start wth 1 drain and refill of 3.4 quarts honda DW-1 fluid
thats new fluid design, since your trans was installed

spark plugs YES NOW ngk iridium, not some 2 buck bs
Seafoam YES NOW

200-300kmiles is nothing on these engines,,just keep the oil changed
and seafoam to remove carbon buildup

do the valve adjust along with cleaning intake manifold `egr ports and passages`
have to remove manifold to clean it, exposing valve covers for removal and adjustment.

Some valves will be tight and some loose, but several --to all-- will be off spec!
Perfect adjustment on valves makes engine run way better!
clean IACV inside throttle body while its off

have you found the diy section yet?
3rd item down the main gen2 thread list (where you posted this)
title says `OFFICIAL GEN2 DIY `,,,

scrolling thru main section and the subsection problems and fixes will answer most questions

also register as new owner with acura at 1 800 382 2238x5 (usa) m-f

thanks, 01tl4tl for the information
Yes im in the usa,Florida. I always use the k after the miles...lol
Also i did find the DIY section, Great info there. Thats how im going to do my Egr port cleaning next weekend. Im also going to change the Fluid in the tranny 1x to see how it reacts. I checked the fluid and its still pretty red. Do you recommed changing the filter also?
when i spoke to the person at acura they told me the Fluid service included all the fluids brake,ps,coolant...they said the customer maintained there car there regularly. and that was done at 193k miles.

Now i read somewhere on the forum the one guy said the seafoam wasnt really doing anything cause he used it regularly and when he did his egr port cleaning, it was dirty as hell. So is it worth doing it?

thanks again for the response.
