Questions about 2002 TL-S

Hello all,
This is my first time posting on this forum. This is my second Acura, the first being an Integra GS-R while in college. I'm glad to see such an enthusiastic group of owners out there! I'm wondering if some of you have experienced similar with your Type-S TLs. Any help would be appreciated.
1. I have read on the forum that stereo reception for everyone is pretty bad. So is mine. Has anyone had luck with the dealer doing anything to improve reception? Is the 2003 antenna just for GPS or radio too? Would this be an option for a fix?
2. Intermittent staring problem. I will start my car in the morning and drive to work (3 miles). When I come out to leave for lunch about 4 hours later, sometimes the car doesn't want to start. I will have to hold the key and crank for up to 10 seconds and it will reluctantly start. Usually with a gurgle, rough idle and then up to normal. Maybe a pop sound under my feet too. This also happens when I'm running stop and go type of errands.
I took the car to the dealer and they found no fault codes registered. They told me that depending on the type of gas and weather, this is normal. I use premium fuel and I live in California, the weather isn't that severe. I've had the car since January 15 and it has 2400 miles on it. Any thoughts?
Thanks in advance!
