Question About CT Icebox

I'm getting ready to order the icebox tomorrow, but from what i remember, there have been many posts with fitment issue with the icebox. Will fitment be an issue for sure is it only on certain year and model Tls?? I have 03 Type S and looks like they make one for my car.

Icebox will be my first mod after the kit and I don't want it to cause problems like my kit... I have a WDP, and damn the color match problem...

I would appreciate your feedback... BTW i am getting them installed at my local dealership (Acura of Riverside) for $60. My local dealership actually backups all comptech parts installed on acuras.

No problems on the 03 TL-S. The fitment issues were on the 1999-2000 TL-P.

I think you'll like it. Good luck.

I have a 2002 TLS, and there was a VERY minor fitment issue with the actual "box" part of the icebox. In my case, the plastic trim that runs across the front of the engine bay on the icebox side had to be cut back a little bit, so the icebox will fit at the top.

FYI, I also paid $60 for installation at a local ricer shop.

Hope this helps.

Trimmed the top piece of plastic, other than that there isn't a lot of working room, but no further modifications. Did it myself.
