Problems with '03 TL Type S

Hello new to the group, just brought a 2003 TL sedan Type S. It is dark grey with 16K miles on it. It is fully loaded w/ Navigation. Been reading alot about the tranny problems on these cars and was wondering what else can go wrong????? can I get a list so I know what to expect! THanks!

seat heaters crap out (well atleast mine did this winter)

Tl is a great car not that many really have trannie problems plus you have a 100,000 mile warranty on the tranny dont worry. i love mine

I bought My 03 Type-S with 9k, and now it has 30K, all w/in eight months. I love this car, never had a problem

I have a 2003 TLS with 45,000 miles; problems that I have had:

1. Seat Heaters
2. Brake Rotors

Perfect car, otherwise.
