i have the prokit myself... but that's only because they don't make the sportline for the 1st gen 3.2
but if they did make the sportline.. i'd probably get it.. just because its a lower drop...
i say since you're shelling out for the shocks already... go for the sportline (no need to change shocks for prokit)

but on the other hand (not to confuse you or what not).. you're probably gonna shell out over $1000 for the sportline and springs.. have you considered shelling out a couple hundred bucks more for full coilovers?.. no idea which ones fit the 2.5 but i'm guessing APEX makes 'em

I would get the Ground Control for the 1st gen TL. Adjust it as low as you want.

there is a person on this board who lowered their 1st gen TL and their shocks have lasted for almost 4 years...anyway, i emailed Tim (screen name Snook), the owner of this site, and he said if you go for the sportline kit, then you'll need an alignment kit. however, if you go for the pro-kit, then you dont need anything else.

hey man. the 168 is for the corners on the bumper turn light assembly. the 7440 is for the actual bumper turn light.

the coils by apex for the 1st gen are the same ones as the 93-97 Accords

first thing... jz983... technically you always need shocks anytime your lower a car (from what i've been told), but then many ppl, like me, get away with it...
i didn't want to put new shocks.. just cuz no one makes them specifically for the 1st gen 3.2TL

second thing... the difference between Ground Control and Apexi coilovers

Ground control is coilover sleeves only.. meaning.. just height adjustable springs and no shocks.. you gotta buy new shocks for this anyways!, if you want to lower it more than 1.5 inch.. (which i probably think you will)

Apexi coilovers are FULL coilovers.. meaning the shocks come with it already.. these coilovers are full ride and heigh adjustable

the apexi is probably more than twice the price of ground controls (depends where you get them though), but then you still gotta at the 1000 to the ground controls cuz of the shocks...

which is better?... umm... depends on you and your budget i guess....
i also heard that the ride of the ground control is much harsher and stiffer than apexi's

what other coilovers fit? no idea.. gotta ask the ppl around... whatever fits the 93-97 Accords should (technically) fit
my friend got skunk2 coilover sleeves for his 93 vigor.. and the ride is pretty stiff...
