Exclamation Power steering lines

Hello

Just signed up. I have a 2000 3.2 tl I bought in March. Power steering lines got damaged because of a previous poor install. I took everything apart but not sure how to get the steel lines out from underneath. Will be picking up the new ones in am.
Did not think it would be this difficult. Can anyone help me with instructions on the removal of these, bane of my existence, lines. Much appreciated.

I had to replace the high pressure power steering line recently. Removing the old one was easy. I just forced it out. Bending it helped a lot. Putting the new one in was a B****. I was doing it in the dark. Make sure you have ample daylight. I had to bend the pipe a bit to get it to fit just right. Make sure to refill with Honda power steering fluid, while the car is off. There is a min/max on the reservoir, so don't go under or over the lines. Fill it to the max and run the car for a few minutes. Check to see if you need more fluid. Having to little or to much fluid will make it whine like a B****! Good luck.

make sure to BURP the fluid lines and pump= by turning the steering wheel all the way to the left- then all the way to the right- at a slow speed turning- repeat repeat repeat
till no air bubbles in res! Do with engine running- its the OE method

Place cardboard under front wheels to reduce surface friction
I would do a FLUSH of all fluid- twice- to get any old crud out and protect pump and rack parts

You have to remove one of the subframe pieces to get it in. And yes it's a b**** to remove.
Been there done that.
