Post pics of your double din TVs

I recently got a custom kit done on my TL but not liking it..mainly b/c of the fact that it sticks out and it's not completely flushed.
What do you guys think?

if any of you out there have pics of your double dins..can you post so I can see what they look like completely flushed...the way I want it.

Anybody know who did the guy that had the grey CL, carbon fiber hood, 20's...the extremely clean modded CL...forget his name.

The double din install on that car was beautiful, and I would love to find out who did it. Then I might actually do this project.

Just got a 2003 TL. Ive looked around and only see DOuble D for the 99ish. If anyone has info on '03 kit, can you pm me with it? Appreciate it. The installs look great, and if I ever switch out to a navi/dvd player, this opens up a lot of choices vs the one unit (think panasonic) that will fit my stock location.

FANTASTIC! Absolutely fantastic. That is one clean, clean job thatm really adds to the interior appeal of a second gen. Keep up the good work (and post more pics!). Where did you get the wood kit from, and what kind of work was involved in getting everything to look the way it does?

sorry for going off topic here..but GreeneggsandHam..I was planning to get an alpine navi
IVAw200-Hows the navi working out for you?I have a choice of TLS-acura navi or a cheaper regular TL without navi..was planning to spend the extra $$ on the alpine, just wanted to know if its worth it,coz I keep getting lost all the time and really need a good navigation system.

I haven't added the navigation from alpine yet..I believe it's about $1400 more. I don't need the navi, so I won't be adding it. As far as the TV goes and the features, it's a real great double din tv.

I love my IVA-W200 i'm so waiting for the Bluetooth module to come out, but i feel the same way with greeneggsandham it could of been installed better. I was going to brake down and buy the kit from Streetefxs but thought there was a cheaper soultion, as they say you get what you pay for, but i hear there is a acutal double din kit comming out for for the 2nd Gen Tl's at the end of the year.

Are you really asking if you should get a TL-S or a TL-P? Go test drive them and let me know what you think! TL-S there is no question!

Thought the Bluetooth module was out already. Can any of you W200 owners show me some of the backgrounds?

Hopefully I'm getting my W200 installed in the next two weeks. Final decisions on other things were needed before hand but I was looking up the Bluetooth and what kind of erked me was that someone posted that it doesn't display the caller id on the screen. I have to find the post someplace on it. I hope they are wrong though because if it displayed the caller id it would be worthwhile for me to get it.

The car stereo shop I was at 3 weeks ago showed me the box he had a few instock. Dunno why crutchfield has such a wait for them.

Apparently Alpine is only sending a few to each dealer, why I don't know, so "quantities are limited".

No way. A company makes an adapter for it. I think it's less than 60 bucks. I'll post it up once I find the info in my file.
