popping out 3rd brake light housing for tinting

does the housing pop out easily? are there special instructions to remove the 3rd brake light housing? My car is in a shop for tinting now and I want them to remove the housing correctly. thanks!

Just lift up the front closest to the back seat and pull away from the window.
