polishing wheels?

I'm thinking of getting bigger aftermarket wheels later down the road. For now what do you guys think of polishing my stock 17's. I think chrome would be too much for a silver car or just think polishing would look better. I have an SSM TLS. Thanks

I personally do not like polished wheels, and especially on SSM, which I also have. My SSR's are a very light silver paint, which has just the right amount of visual "energy" in my opinion. I do not like the stock wheels, but have them on for the winter. I look forward to re-mounting the SSR/Pirelli package in the spring.
