Please help 1999 tl fuel problem

sorry for posting in two seprate threads but i really want to solve this issue on my 1999 3.2tl with 130k.

is there anyone that could please give me some kind of logical explanation for my problem that has so for costed me over 600 dollars. it all started the beginning of the summer, the car will just die on me more often in hot humid weather than in the cold. the car will start back up after a few minutes of sitting but still dies afterwards. i purchased an obd scanner shortly after and it came up with a few codes such as catalyst flow insufficient. i replaced my catalytic converter and egr valve hoping this would solve the issue. it cleared all the codes but still stalls out on me. so then just today i replaced the pgmfi relay aka the main realy and took it for a cruise. it still dies on me, im stressing out. i suspect now maybe the ignition switch but heard that when the car dies the green key light comes on, this doesnt happen so it makes me think otherwise.. other things i may suspect is the fuel pump or fuel pressure regulator. can anyone please tell me how i can decipher what it is? the car stinks of gas after and during the stall so that makes me think it may not be the fuel pump. any help is greatly appreciated, im on my last
also its been getting colder up here in mass and ive taken pretty long rides in 50 degree weather for about a half hour each way and didnt stall out once

I wouldn't rule out the ignition switch.

There was a recall for the 1999 TL ignition switch. If it hasn't been replaced under the recall, Acura will install a new one for free. (Recall items never expire and you don't need to be the original owner.)

And the replacements can also fail. My 1999 TL is on its 3rd ignition switch. (The first was replaced under the recall and the replacement failed.)

You can buy a new switch for about $60 and install it yourself. If it's not the problem you'll at least have a spare ignition switch sitting on the shelf.

Good luck.

The main relay is what I would have guessed since it happens more in hot weather, but you already replaced that. You might try the ignition switch, since there have been problems with that part.

To diagnose the fuel system you need a pressure gauge and the correct adapters to hook it up. You might just want to get a shop to check this.
