Question Pleasanton Acura in Nor Cal...

Just wondering if anyone has had their vehicle serviced from them and how it was.

Just had the 30,000 mile service done about 2 weeks ago on my 2002 Type S.

They have made major improvements in their service. Loaner car used to be an Enterprise rental (Ford Focus), now the loaner was a 2003 TL. Technician was really cool and went on a road test with me to see if the noise I was hearing was normal or not. Service advisor was great. Call backs were prompt.

Overall, good experience. If you had asked me 7-8 months ago, I would have said go to Concord or somewhere else.

Cool. BTW, what time and day did you go? When I brought mine in for the 7.5K, it was at around 8:15 on a Saturday morning. I went back around the same time for an issue with my center console, but it was packed!

I would recommend Steven's Creek Acura...but that might be a stretch for you. Go see Chris and tell him Richard Bui sent you.

Neh, it's about 30-40 minutes or so in good traffic. My only issue is the traffic on Steve's Creek blvd, it's gawd awful!

Fortunate,

I take mine in around 7:00 - 7:30 AM on a Wednesday or Thursday. That gives them 2-3 days to work on it or to get parts shipped without the Sunday. Going early in the morning also helps insure you get the loaner and not a rental.

By the way, don't forget to mention to them when making the appointment that you want a loaner. Make the appointment at least 3 days in advance.

Last issue, I am not sure about the pricing. Don't know if they are high or low. That's the price I pay for convenience.
