Picked up my '03 TL-S Friday...
Hi Guys,
Lonnnnnnnnngggg time lurker on this site. Was going to get a TL-S a few years back, after a long road I finally have one.
Black - Non-Navi, Body Kit and Rear Spoiler. I couldn't be happier - it is a great mix of performance & luxury.
I looked at the G35 but I didn't care for the interior as much and the resale value isn't as good. I'm leasing, so it is somewhat important. Not only is the G35 several thousand $$ more than the TL-S but the money factor is 4 points lower than the Acura. So, it came down to the fact that it was $50 LESS a month, for a car that I like better anyway.
If you want to check out some pics I took you can goto: http://www.theroadrunner.com/tl-s

Jeff

I know the TL is going to be updated in the Fall but I really don't mind - the current one is such a great car anyhow.

Congrats! You'll definitely enjoy driving your new baby around!
Hey, keep an eye out for any San Diego meets -- maybe you'll be able to show up.

Just be aware that resale will be a problem for the TL when the 2004 models hits the showrooms.

I would never trade my ABP but there is nothing like a NBP when it's clean. Your car just looks sick man, plain sick. And it isn't even dropped, enjoy!!!!!

Hi Guys,
Thanks for the welcome! I'm sure the mods will begin soon... I have a modded 2002 Toyota Tundra with TRD Supercharger, Dual Exhuast, Ivan Stewart Package, 18" Chrome Rims and a lot more little things. So it is just a matter of time before the mod bug bites me for the TL-S!
I'm not too worried about the resale value rightnow because I intend to keep this car for a few years. By then everything should even out a little after the intro of the '04 TL.
Next weekend it is going to get some TLC with a detail job. The paint has some over spray and roughness that I need to get out with the clay bar.
Anyway - thanks again for the welcome. I look forward to being part of this great forum.
