so after gettin my headlights jacked on my 01 TL-P and gettin that fixed I have traded it in for a '02 TL-S....and man I have fallen in love with the TL all over again. The TL-S has more of a grunt noise than the TL-P and of course the pull is more noticable. The added features such as the memory seats and mirrors going down when you are in reverse are def nice. I was thinkin about gettin an intake however I am not totally sure if it will do that much for the performance, other than givin the car a deeper sound. Anyways CANT wait for the summer so I can hand wash this car. Here are some pics I took today (yea its a lil dirty cus of the roads in boston)

Regarding intakes... if you get comptech icebox, your car will sound stock. I do believe intakes will give you very minimal gain.... you won't even feel it. If you want to scare people on the sidewalk, try aem, injen or other intakes for the scary growling noise.

I dunno if I want it to sound too loud, a lil more than the grunt I get now would be nice...but I dont wanna attract that much attention

got my car from auto gallery of everett....I have never seen a small dealership have so many TL-S's before.....every time I went up there (4 different occasions) there was a different color TL-S for sale...

I LOVE THIS CAR!!!!! Yeah I know I sound childish, however the past couple days have been GREAT!!! I loved my '01 TL but everytime I get in my '02 TL-S I cant help but smile. I burned a CD and it worked without issue *does the cabbage patch*. I havent really driven this car aggressive as I have with my cars in the past due to the sucky road conditions in the northeast. However I am going to RedLobster in conn sunday (my gurl takin me out cus of the new car purchase) so I might 'test' it out a bit than. Anyways just thought I would share my joy with you guys...and back to our regularly scheduled forum browsing :-)

55M2G7L....it was by luck this happened to me....I found the TL-S for $17k with 70k (yea a lot of mileage), so I thought this is the man upstairs way of sayin here is your christmas gift and dont say I didnt give you anything LOL.....btw I like the pics of your car.....and what is up with the NE meet?
