Talking PIAA Plasma Spark Blue 9006

Is this a good fog light bulb? I want something close to the stock hid look, white with a slight blue tint at certain angles. And this is a 55w bulb so there shouldnt be any melting or overheating issues right?

anybody bought from here? they are in stock hah

I need some feedback guys...........

I have them on my fogs. The bulbs are 55W so there is no problem of melting. However, they will NOT match the HIDs since the output of the fogs are way much bluer (hence the 7500K). I like them though... I was looking for fogs that had blue in them, not yellow, not white, but blueish. Looks nice, trust me.

According to the description, it says, "PIAA 9006 Plasma Spark Blue headlight bulbs 55W = 100W 7500K Twin Pack Headlight Bulbs."

What do they mean by 55W = 100W? Are these bulbs 55W or 100W? I'm confused. Thanks.

It means that the bulbs consume 55W but releases an output of 100W.

I installed them in January of this year and so far they seem to be working fine. However, I rarely use my fogs. I only use them at dusk or dawn, since I have the fog mod. So usually I never have them on with the HID headlights. If you are looking for something blueish this is the right bulbs for you, although its a bit pricey its worth it. Other bulbs that claim to be above 5000K are not really white and some may even have a little yellow in them. Personally I wanted my lights to have some blueish color in them and that's why I went with the 7500K PIAA. Hope that helps.
