PIAA 9006 for Fog Bulbs 55watts?

PIAA 9006 for Fog Bulbs 55watts?
I going to replace my stock fog light bulbs with the 9006 PIAA bulbs, I wanted to make sure that the 55w PIAA are the same watts as the stock bulbs..I just didnt want to fry anything.

What type of TL do you have? Does it matter if you have a TL or TL-S which bulb you choose? I'm assuming that the electrical/lighting systems are the same on both models.
PS - I'm thinking about doing the same thing which is why i asked the questions.
