I've been using Wagner Lazer Blue fogs for about 2 months. Not totally white but better than stock. I just tried some Philips Blue Vision bulbs thinking that it might be whiter. They were on sale. I compared both side by side. They look exactly the same. Even the printing on the bulb looked similar. Both are made in Germany. Maybe both are made by the same manufacturer and marketed under different names. Oh well, I guess I'll keep the Philips as a spare set of bulbs.
