I've heard of the dash warping, but not peeling. I use 303 protectant to prevent damage. If your still under warantee get into the dealership fast, if not any other ideas besides replacing the pannel?

I think he is talking about the window frames on the door. The black, glossy vinyl trim. They are notorious for bubbling up. Mine is very minor/negligable.

Do a search. Lots of folks have had this problem with several solutions.

Oh and 303 is goooood stuff. Started using it last time I detailed my car. Man oh Man does it last and the black trim/plastic pieces and rubber trim just pop and dont look dry and discolored! Pricey but worth it.
