OK.

I just found out had some things need fixing but it has been a while I fix anything major and I got a 99TL with 144K on it. It is on second transmission wich was replaced at exactly 100K by Acura free of charge.

Front Ball Joints passenger side pretty bad it wiggles when car lifted and more than drivers side and its what makes that sound when driving.

Rear motor mount needs replacing.

Tansmission Fluid as well.

Underneath the the gears call mode switch just plain dirty

Cabin air filter have never done that but needs to be changed.

EVA sensor not sure if i typed it right so sorry if i did controls the mix of air and gas was told also never have car on when putting gas in tank at gas station its bad.

Front rotors and front and rear brakes. Maybe rotors can be resurfaced.

was told semi-metallic aftermarket bad for the rotors cause it to be shine the way mine is. What is your opinion on aftermarket brake pads or go O.E.M.?


The Mechanic works at Acura Dealership and he got the Laptop with the HONDA software to diagnose my TL. Plus he gets the parts at discount passes the savings to me and charges a flat rate for each job (labor).

I have done at 100k the full tune up and filters but not the cabin air filter. Changed the plugs too.

What do you guys think labor charge is for the above things needed?
