part out or sell whole?

Hey Guys,
My 1999 Acura TL stolen last year and I actually got it back after 2 months.
Unfortunately, it was driven around and it's pretty messed up. Smells like smoke and drugs, it's got dings/ dents, and the wheels are rim shot.

Don't think I can get much for it. But lucky to walk away w/ $800.
I just need to get rid of it. Suggestions?

if you need to 'just get rid of it' then you're not going to enjoy parting it out which will yield the best ROI . just dump it

If that's the case just sell it. Parting it out will bring more money but will not just "get rid of it". You will have to post pictures, list prices, deal with meeting buyers/shipping parts, and answer questions.

part AND sell. part out some of the non-critical components (aftermarket parts in general) that are not needed to drive the car to a yard and sell there.

My mother in law was a 2 pack a day smoker and mostly smoked in her car. I took her 8 year old car in to a detailer and they got most of the funk out. I'm sure they could clean it up. Cost me about $350 and it was really bad. If the rims are bunged up, sand them down and plasti-dip them.
