parking garage killed my bumbers
I go to school in the city and park in those parking garages. They always manage to put a little scratch in the back bumper, that pisses me off, but last night i had a dent the size of a quarter in the back bumper and that just pissed me the hell off. I went to talk to a manager and he showed me a sign that said "we are not responsible for damage on bumpers" and if thats not bad when the back bumper got hit it probable pushed the car foward cuz i got all kinds of dents on the front bumper im pissed cuz i had the car perfect before this....now instead of saving money for a mod i gota fix some @sses mistake!
anyone want to clue me in on how to fix this!

I can't trust those parking garage bastard's!! They have a sign for every excuse....it just plain sucks! You got to worry about missing CD's and other belongings in your car too.
It could have been worse......they could of done the Ferris Bueller move and took your car out on a joyride.

I'm not sure of the circumstances, but just because they have a sign that says they're not responsible, doesn't mean they aren't responsible...
it only means they have a sign!!!
If that worked, I'd immediately put a sticker on the back of my car that said:
Not Responsible for any Damage Caused by This Vehicle or It's Driver!

Did they park it or did you park it?
If they valet parked it, they are responsible for dents. Period. Ask the manager for a damage claim form. They are required to have them if they are properly insured. Most insurance companies will just settle the case..if you give them a damage estimate from a shop. It's not worth their while to argue a few hundred dollars in repairs.
If you parked it and someone else bumped you, the garage is usually not responsible for that. You have to look for damage, then looka round to see if any nearby cars have your paint on their bumper....get their tag number and report it to your insurance.

As much of a d!ck-move as it may sound, if I everhave to leave my car in a garage or valet, I politely say to the guy "Now, you know there's not a single dent on her, right ?" They get the point. :p
