painting mudguards

Do you bring them to a body shop or just paint them yourself?

I had to take my car in to the body shop for some damage to the hood caused by a brick on the freeway. They had some extra paint so i asked them to spray my mudguards, they also put some kind of primer on them to help the paint stick. If you do paint them just make sure not to bend them when putting them back on or cleaning them b/c thats really the only way to get the paint to start peeling. I've got about a pint of paint left if your car is ssm I'll send you some paint if you pay shipping. Otherwise it shouldn't cost more than like 80 loots to have a bs do them.

I got mine done at a body shop for $80. I think there was some sort of additive they had to add to the pain to make sure they wouldn't crack when bending. Don't paint them yourself - unless you know what you're doing.
