no cracking that i know of so far but the carpet is rougher then regular but thats as of now. maybe a few times over with the vacuum and maybe itll soften up..thats what i think......

You know, you can get stuff specifically for carpet and interior, that doesnt change the texture.

im assuming you mean more like carpet dyes right? i googled around for a few minutes, found some stuff that might work, and some that prbly wont lol. gotta check out those project/antique car restoration forums.

then again, i kinda like my ebony interior. time to play with photochop

It will still change texture but it will soften up and will last. Its interior paint designed for rubber/vinyl/leather/plastic etc.
