paint bubbled out

I noticed a couple of spots on the rear doors where the white paint is king of bubbly and crudded together. It just happened within a couple of hours.

Is that weird? It was rather hot (104deg) in NCal - maybe the heat did it. But none of my other cars had that problem.

BTW i saw someone had a TL with clear markers, chrome 18's and black TL with tinted windows that was lowered. It looked very classy - saw it at Kaiser in SantaRosa = any NCa people here know who's it is ???

Doubt it's the heat, especially when you consider that these cars are baked in an oven during the paint process.
