The P2R TB spacer is alot thicker and alot more heat resistant cuz its a better material than the OE one. the OE kit includes a intake manifold spacer, this one doesnt. 8 MORE TO GO

It's been answered already... read the thread.

its better that the OE kit has the intake manifold spacer but you can order it by itself from OE for $70(?) and use it with the P2R Tb spacer.

I wouldn't think so since the spacer only adds 3/4" but I'm not sure. You might wanna PM Excelerate to be sure.

On some cars we cut an inch off the intake to make it easy to fit. Some intakes don't need it; some do. We haven't tried it yet on the V2 for the 2nd gen CL/TL

Oh buggers!!! I already have the OE's. The P2R's are much sexier looking -- for that engine bay bling factor. Boo. I would consider getting just the TB spacer... Is that an option?

I agree! I've found it to be more responsive in the hotter temperatures.

Very good point. I would see if you could cut the rubber gasket between the TB and the V2 before cutting the actual intake.. Either way, a metal cutting band saw would make easy work of cutting the intake.

Not trying to be a smartass, but did I miss something? Sign up and try it out - plus that just puts us one more closer to the total number we need.

I apprecriate your input, but your kind of being a smartass, I do not want to cut my V2 intake, I would perfer it to be a direct bolt-on and I'm not just gonna shell out money to buy a product if its going to be a pain to install. I read that it has not been tested on a V2, I was hoping somebody who is familiar with the V2's specs could chime in and confirm that it would be an easy install or what fabrication would need to be done to the intake before I purchase, just trying to do my research that is all. Thanks.

Fair enough - I spent 20 minutes searching this and didn't come up with anything either. Is it possible that you could be the first to try it out?

Here is the shot of the V2 Intake, wondering if anybody can offer some input, let me know if you need different angles of the intake or a shot with the engine cover taken off.

The P2R is just the throttle body spacer. It does not come with any other spacer.

Can we add your name to the list?

its 120 for the spacer? how much it would be for the shipping to Puerto Rico. I threw my TL on the dyno and just putting water on the manifold to cool it down i got a gain of 10whp ao im thinking of getting the manifold spacer and the TB one to.

Hey guys new to the forum, had a friend recommend me to get the spacer but I also have a AEM V2. Does anyone know any other spacers that might not need any cutting?
