OnStar Services - Remote Unlock Door, Stolen Vehicle Tracking,...ETC
Ok so I was wondering.. Since the new 2003 TL's Have OnStar, do they have all the Services that are on http://onstar.com/visitors/html/ao_features.htm
I never knew u could Unlock your door by simply Calling Onstar or Get Stolen Vehicle Tracking info... Is this only for some Luxury cars or does the OnStar in the current TL offer these Services?
Please respond if you have actually Used any of these services for example if you locked your keys in your car has anyone Called OnStar to Unlock there CAR? What else have you tried..
THANKS

I have called to have them unlock and lock (I was in the mall...laptop was in the car...unsure if I hit the lock button) and they have called me back in 10 min. to let me know that it has been done. You need your account # and your 4 digit PIN...

They charge too much for the "Personal Calling" Service...you have to buy their minute packages. I bought 300 minutes for about $120...I use it mostly to check the weather or traffic with the Virtual Advisor feature. It mostly just a gimmick or something you can use to impress your friends...

yah...the phone service is expensive...but its cool! you get like 30 or 60 free minutes when u first get your car...its like voice activated...like to call you would press one button, and then say something like "CALL 2-1-3-3-2-1-1-2-3-4" (or maybe its the number first, then call...i forgot) and it will dial.

That sounds cool but $2.50 a min IS WAY TOO MUCH!!!.. You can get the new Accord Addon that automatically has it all built into the Navi and I dont know if its voice activated but I think it is..
