Ok, I pulled a bone head here...

Good news is, I'm ok...bad news is, a cheap ****ty jack rolled and my car dropped on it's front left rotor...
It seems ok, even the alignment seems fine...
Anyone have any thoughts on what damage I might have done that isn't exactly visable from a 30min ride to work?

You are probably OK.

Are the brakes working correctly? I would pull off the wheel when you get home and inspect the rotor for cracks. You should be able to see them since you hopefully used your brakes going to work. Look for spiderwebs of carbon (black lines) going across the surface.

If your rotor isn't showing any cracks or weird behavior so far, you are most likely A-OK.

Be careful next time!
