Oil question

The manual says 5w-20 oil is best for our cars, has anyone been able to find that weight oil? I cannot find it for the life of me. I can find 5w-30 all day long.

I think I had this same problem in my Cobra and used 5w-30.

You can do a search on this as it has come up many times. The CL-S used to indicate that 5w-30 was to be used and it's the same engine. I spoke to my service manager, and 5w30 is OK. If you want 5w-20, you can get the oil changed at the dealer.

Personally I used 5w-30 Mobil1 Synthetic for 2 oil changes. Once I finished the case I switched to 5w-20 Redline Synthetic. I did not notice much of a difference in performance or mileage from the 20 to the 30... so you should be fine either way.....

Redline

I'm using Redline 5W20. Obviously not the cheapest way to go ($80.00/case last time I ordered) but a great oil. I'm sure you'll get lots of suggestions since 5W20 really is becoming more available.
