Oil/Filter Recommendations '03 TL 241K miles

Any recommendations for oil and filter for '03 TL with 241K miles?

Oil filters, like oil, are more of a religious thing; pick whichever brand you worship, it makes no matter.

As long as they are name brand oil and filters you should be ok with anything as long as it meets the right specs.
At your mileage you might wanna try high mileage oil for your next oil change either the semi synthetic or the Mobil 1 full synthetic high mileage oil too keep the gaskets from drying out and leaking.
As for filters anything that isn't cheap will be fine. The full synthetic filters like the Fram Ultra guard, Wix XP, royal purple, Mobil 1 or amsoil filters are the best if you don't mind spending the money.

FWIW: My 03 TLS currently has 237K, and uses less than a pint of oil betweek 5K change intervals. I always use an OEM Honda filter and Valvoline Max Life High Mileage Synthetic Blend 5W-20 Oil. Currently, this oil sells for $17.87, for a five U.S. Quart, or 4.73L container, at Walmart.

Like I said, adherence to specific oil filter and oil brands is a religions thing.

Basically what Horseshoez said, all the name brand oils that are out there do a fantastic job at lubricating your engine as long as you get the right stuff for your car.
I like to experiment with different oils and filters with my TL to see how they work with my car and how it changes the oil analysis afterwards. I'm currently running Mobil 1 which works great in the winter but the next time I might either try Redline or Royal purple HMX lol.
That being said you only gotta watch out for the junk oils with outdated additives that lie on the bottle on what spec they are and can damage your engine if you put it in your car.
I linked PQIA's website and I think everyone should look at it because they do a great job at breaking down and analyzing what's in the oils on our store shelves and filtering out the bs oils.
