Post OEM spoiler installation

Hi i just received my painted spoiler today and was wondering if anyone knows how to install it. I can do the electrical things, but just not too sure where to drill the holes and whether you need to apply a sealant also. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Oh yeah i have a 97 TL but i'm assuming installing the spoiler would be the same as the 2 gen TL's also. thanks for the help.

I'm gonna or mines in spring. Along with the body kit. Here is what I found researching this subject:

You can do a search for more if you like. I think the spoiler comes with installation instructions and locators too right?
I think the only scary part would be actually drilling the holes into the trunk.
