Odyssey Battery size help
hey, i need to replace/upgrade my battery. I am interested in the odysseys because their lighter, smaller and its dry cell. The problem i am having is which odyssey to get. I did my research, and found that the PC925 is the closet fit with very little modification to the OEM battery tray. So do you guys think i should i get the 925? or something else? thanks in advance

I used the PC1200 in my car. You won't have to modify the battery tray but you will have to use a riser as it is quite a bit shorter then stock battery. Also that battery meets the CCA rating that our car requires.

Thats the best price I could find. I got mine at batteriesareus but it looks like they are no longer a dealer as they are not listed on the site anymore. Trust me its worth it! The stealership did something to my battery and it was reading 4 volts! The bastards were going to toss it but I did not let them. Following the procedure on batteriesareus site I was able to get her charged back up. Been using it for few months after that and it is still going strong reading 12.8 volts. |
Are you sure this is the same battery? The link you provided indicates it's a SLA battery, not a drycell.

Hmm yeah just noticed that but it should be the same one. Looking on Odysseys site they don't make other versions of the battery. Guess I would maybe call and verify but as long as its the 1200MJT then it should be the same one.
