hey guys is it normal that the fan comes on when i put the kep in the igntion and turn it once but the car is not on start but fan turns on? if it is a problem what can it be?

I'm pretty sure if I turn my key to the on position (short of cranking), that the engine fan will come on; normal.

If you did not turn off the fan before shutting off the engine, the fan will run again by just inserting the key and turn it to position II.

everything is off heater a/c i just put the key turn it to put my windows up and i hear the engine fan come on

its when you DONT ever hear the driver side fan there is a problem
often the temp sensor at radiator goes bad and no cooling fan
or air bubble after cooling system work or leaking water pump can all cause the sensor to be fooled and the fan not run

It needs to operate to keep that magic 2 clicks below half temp and should come on and off when you are sitting in traffic
