Noble Green Pearl a lot lighter than in pictures?

I just saw a Noble Green Pearl TL-S at the Acura dealership today when I went to test drive... The Noble Green Pearl looked a lot lighter in person than I thought it would. It had a dark pine colored green when I saw the color on the Internet but in person it appeared to be much lighter in the sun. Is this true of other people's experiences as well? I liked the Noble Green Pearl on the Internet, especially because I prefer the lighter interior, but in person I didn't like it at all.

Right now I'm leaning towards the Anthracite Metallic with the dark interior....

It is a little lighter in person. The green color is very dependent on the angle of light hitting it. Personally, I liked it. That's what I bought. The big thing for me was the parchment interior. Since I did not want black or white cars i was pretty much left with the Noble Green.

NGP is the worst color in the entire Honda/Acura lineup..I dont know why they stopped using Dark Emerald Pearl. Dark Emerald was truly a nice looking green, but Noble Green just looks like a faded minty puke green. The pictures in the acura brochures are still pics of Dark Emerald Pearl, but they say that it's Noble Green. I will never understand why they stopped production of a nice deep metallic green and replaced it with such an ugly color.

FLAcuraTLS, I definitely agree with you. Using the DEP pictures and saying that it is NGP explains why I thought the NGP was darker too. Its too bad DEP isn't available anymore, I would have liked the darker green personally.

No offense to anyone who owns the NGP. I just personally did not like the way it looks although I really would prefer the Parchment interior!

Maybe after I get my TL-S I'll just tint the windows to the darkest that state laws allow, and hopefully that will keep the interior cooler..

I don't think the Noble Green is too bad but I definitely like my DEP better.

I like of like NGP... the pearl effect of it is very good... give it slightly gold-ish hue under direct light(at least from pics I saw).... pretty nice.... DEP is more of a classic green, which is time-less..

Anthracite and WDP are still the top colors for TLS... ABP is follow closely in 2nd..
