Hey whats up guys, this is the first thread I have started and after calling Acura of Serramonte today I thought I'd see what other people think or have heard...

So after reading all the threads and posts on this forum about the tranny problems our cars seem to have as they get up there in Milege, I was getting worried seeing that I have an 03 w/mods, so I decided to call my dealership to see what they think and what kind of warranty my tranny has from them.
Well what he told me left me shocked, He said Acura has not extended the warranty for the 2003 TL only for the 99-02. I could not believe this since they are the same car,he said he does not why and that maybe in the future they would.I asked is this because they found a way to fix the tranny issue,again he said he didn't know He ended up telling me to call Acura directly and ask why,I think I will do this but if anyone else has any insight ,or maybe someone else has had this same response and could answer............

The dealership also said headers are a big cause and that if i have them to remove them (I of course Lied and said no headers)
