newbie forever

hi all~

i'm new to this forum..
i was reading some of the posts..
u guys are awsome~!

i have my tls for a year now
just order a set of 19' volkracing wheels
offset is 48.. (ppl work at volkracing told me so)
don't know it's enough?
i read the post that said 50 should be the offset for 19?

i have about 1k left..
should i get spring, sway, strut, and ice box done?
or should i get the comtech header done first?
my ears are open~!

btw, i saw a blue tls couple times around my area too.
with oem bodykit and spoiler..
19' or 18' volkracing wheels as well..
and a big red caliper.. probably brembo..
looks very nice~
if the car owner is in this forum as well..
plz pm me.. i like ur car alot! maybe we can hang out sometimes.

Re: newbie forever

I would say get the icebox and headers first but since you are getting rims, get springs and headers

Welcome aboard!
I'd say go with the suspension and other stuff before the headers. It'll be more rewarding in the long run as the car is already pretty quick. Oh yeah, nice choice in wheel make, what model?

wow~
thank u all for the reply.
i really appreciate everyone's advice..!
no question ask.. tls is a really fast sedan..
and since i just ordered my rims..
i'll probably get my suspension, sway, and strut done first..
handling comes before power right?

btw, anyone ordered parts from this web?
how's the service? caz their prices are not bad..
i would like to order some parts from them..

and yeah, i was planning to get the gt-c gunmetal.
volkracing's dealer told me they don't have it in stock..
if i really want it... have to do special order from japan..
take 3~4 month from manufacture to shipping..
i was impatient.. so i took 19" te37 instead..
it looks not too bad.. but i still like gt-c more..
but te37 is really really light weight, cost more than gt-c, too.
damn volkracing..
