okay, some of you may be interested in this, because this is the supposively updated tranny taht was released no more than 4 month ago, and is the one you guys will recieve if (knock on fakeass acura wook) if you tanny should fail.

well, drove off the lot, notice the quick shift from 2nd to 3rd right away, staisfied and wanted to play with it a bit more so i wanted to throw in in SS..........

BUT IT WONT GO IN!!!!!!!!!

i pulled over to check, and noticed that my shifter is not aligned,

to paint a better picture in your head, imagine the stick in between N and D5, but its in D5, so i actually have to puill it down a bit to get it in SS,

went back to the dealer, they agreed to fix it when i bring it in on monday, on top of that, i noticed when in drive, (d4 , d5, d3 or whatever) if i dont gas the pedal, the car wont move (im pretty sure our car rolls forward when in D, without gasing it), and once i gas it, it feels like im driving a stick and the clutch is not engauged all teh way, by the time this happend i was near my work already so didnt bother to head back to dealer,

after work, i started my car, drove for 30 min, trying to see if it'll happen again but everything was fine, (except for the mis-aligned shifter), im going for a drive down to UCLA rightnow from irvine, to see my GF and heading down to san gabriel tomorrow, putting roughly another 150 miles on the tranny, i'll kepp you guys updated on how the tranny holds up
